A messed up sleep schedule is an old problem of mine. My self-control is lacking, so I always want to rely on external things. Before, when I couldn't concentrate during the day, I would drink Americanos. When I couldn't sleep at night, I would take melatonin. After taking it, I couldn't concentrate during the day the next day, and then the cycle would repeat.
