Chapter 1879 1356: Forbidden Book, Divine Human Heart Sutra_2
"Human faith always begins with 'miracle.' When it reaches the second level, faith is no longer just awe, fear, or seeking benefits, but is about the 'Guidance and Enlightenment' of divinity! Just like under the sowing and inspiration of the Chief Divine, the seeds sprout... And everyone has the 'Innate' divinity. Bathing in the Divine Light of faith is a 'shortcut' to cultivate it...""At the third level, faith in the Divine Spirit gradually reaches its essence, appearing as a soul connection between the divine and the human. This is 'the communication of souls,' merged as one at a 'higher level,' like the 'grafting' of a tree!... The sacred marriage and continuation is a similar bodily connection to continue life. But faith is the connection of souls, seeking direct experience with the divine from life to death..."
Aweit slightly furrowed his brow, carefully pondering these theological theories, savoring each sentence among them. The beginning clearly expounds on the relationship between "Divine and human" in religion. But what made him deeply contemplate was...
"Everyone has Innate divinity? And ultimately, faith is a direct soul connection with the divine?"
Aweit furrowed his brow in silence for a moment, deeply glancing at Xiulote. Then, he flipped through the first part of "Divine-human relationship" and arrived at the second part of "human-human relationship."
"The Chief Divine brings faith, not to place the Priest above the followers, nor for idols and offerings... The enlightenment brought by the Divine guides 'among people,' to establish an order of peace and development! The ultimate goal of such a system is for everyone to have food, warmth, peaceful sleep, to walk, for everyone to marry, reproduce, farm, and harvest... And the ultimate ideal is for the prosperous and peaceful Divine Kingdom to descend to the human world through continuous creative development..."
"In essence, when the Divine first created humans, a latent seed of divinity was left. At the initial stage of creation, they were equal... Except some individuals bear the greater divine command, the seeds grew into a Divine Tree. But the rest, even unbelievers, also possess the seeds of divinity, with the potential to grow into a Divine Tree!"
Seeing this passage, Aweit's brow furrowed deeper. As a Divine King ruling with divinity, he naturally disliked the notion that "everyone has the seeds of divinity." Fortunately, Xiulote compromised in the scriptures, suggesting "some people are more equal than others," barely allowing Aweit to continue reading.
In reality, that was why Xiulote presented this scripture. Had it been someone else, even the sacrificial altar might be ready now!
"Everyone can become a Divine Tree... And the Chief Divine's priests are like farmers tilling the land. They are responsible for watering and fertilizing, enabling the seeds of divinity to sprout. The awakened Divine Trees then uphold a sky, establishing the tree's 'community.' At least, in the community of faith, whether priests or Divine Trees, a peaceful order must be established! Let the tribes develop production, let everyone be prosperous, let the present world attain the Chief Divine's Divine Kingdom."
"And in the third part, the Chief Divine's Divine Kingdom will be such a prosperous scene, with such spectacular production, and such orderly management..."
Aweit remained silent, not reading the subsequent content aloud, but carefully savoring it within his heart. Because the latter content, at first reading, seemed merely an argument for the ideal Divine Kingdom, those vivid descriptions akin to promises from the Chief Divine to followers...
But with Xiulote's hints, after careful pondering, Aweit could shockingly discover that such an ideal Divine Kingdom might also be established in the world!
Because behind this Divine Kingdom concept lies a whole set of logic, entirely coherent, sufficient to uphold a brand-new order! An order terrifyingly capable of self-governance by the commoners without the need for Divine Descendant rule!
"Xiulote, there is no earthly Divine Kingdom! Nor is there a time when everyone is prosperous, and benevolent tolerance and equality exist!"
"Aweit, indeed, in the present world there isn't. But the pursuit of an ideal Divine Kingdom has always been in everyone's heart. And in the future, such a world will inevitably come. I have also seen its true form in the prophecies from Divine Revelation!... Of course, some things shouldn't be rushed, nor are they achievable. I merely left these foreshadows in the scriptures... Well, seeing your reaction, I should better revise and bury the foreshadows deeper, write the Divine Kingdom more succinctly, or merely point out a direction!"
Xiulote smiled. Although his appearance was mature as a youth, it still showed the shadow of a teenager to Aweit. At this moment, his smile was so pure, so bright, it was somewhat dazzling.
"Xiulote, you are playing with fire! Divine Descendants guide the masses, and the masses obey, like an ant king with its colony... Just like now, this is good enough, this suffices!... You must understand, you are a Prince of the Mexican Royal Family, one of the most revered Divine Descendants! The so-called enlightenment granted to you by the Chief Divine isn't all beneficial!"
At that moment, Aweit felt quite annoyed, but seeing Xiulote's calm smile, thinking of the other's divine and prophet-like status, he felt somewhat helpless.
He knew his student wasn't impulsive, but would subtly lead the world's direction, just like the constructed "Gummy People unity," planning for the long term. And this scripture was sufficiently subtle and reserved; without a prompt, it was difficult to unravel the hidden content. Once revised, the future scriptures would be even more veiled, burying certain things deeper!
In fact, in Xiulote's final foreshadowing, the scripture's conclusion pointing to "the future of the Divine Kingdom" certainly wasn't something within a couple of centuries. Perhaps it would take hundreds of years, or ten cycles of fifty-two years, before reaching the "Industrial Era" he discreetly described!
Yet the earlier "Divine-human relationship" subtly points to "religious reform," and the middle "human-human relationship" points toward "Enlightenment," likely to surge like a flood within one to two hundred years...
"Xiulote, I still must say... The Ideal Divine Kingdom you envision from Divine Revelation doesn't exist; it fundamentally has no possibility of realization!"
"Aweit, you're right; it is merely an 'ideal nation.' But putting it on paper, even if only conceptually, is better than nothing! Its greatest value is to offer hope to the present world, and a future to posterity!"
"..."
After a moment of silence, Aweit let out a quiet sigh. He suddenly reached out, ruffling Xiulote's head like many years ago. At this moment, he rarely felt old, while his student was still so young, so radiant, like a true morning sun.
"Xiulote, my student. You have the wisdom of an elder, but not the hardness of an elder's heart... Yet, perhaps you can shine brighter in the future I cannot see..."
"I am taking this scripture. You'll need to rewrite it! Remove the later content, revise the earlier... so the Priest Elder Council can accept it!"
Aweit shook his head, reaching out to take the "Divine Human Heart Sutra." Then, before leaving the tent, he gazed into Xiulote's eyes, like gazing at the sun and the abyss.
"Over a decade has passed, my student. You have finally grown from an unpredictable priest captive into the Alliance's Great Prophet, possessing the power to transform the world!"
"But you must remember... You are always one of the most esteemed Divine Descendants, and you and Alisa's child, your own bloodline, will also be indisputably ruling Divine Descendants in the world!"
"Therefore, no matter what you see in Divine Revelation, always remember your position, remember your descendants' position... Is the so-called change truly good?"
After saying the profound last sentence, Aweit then left with the scripture. Behind him, Xiulote sat cross-legged at the desk, gradually closing his eyes, as if the abyss swallowed the sun.
